Sew Elegant was once recognized as a home based business featuring Smocking and Heirloom sewing. It had it's humble start in 1980, in the town of Washington, Illinois. The first store front was established in 1984 in Peoria Heights, Illinois. Linda Lee Enterprises, Inc. purchased and has owned the store since 1986. The business was transplanted to Port Huron in 1992 and has grown in this location to the present. We have been in the quilting business for over 20 years!
