About Us:

Sew Elegant was once recognized as a home based business featuring Smocking and Heirloom sewing. It had it's humble start in 1980, in the town of Washington, Illinois. The first store front was established in 1984 in Peoria Heights, Illinois.

In 1986, Linda Lee Enterprises, Inc. purchased the store. Sew Elegant was transplanted to Port Huron in 1992 and has since grown in its present location. We have been in the quilting business for 25 years!
